Decided to stay put and wait for the rain to pass or at least ease. Good day for jobs. 3 loads in the local YHA washing machine means we have lots of clean things which is nice not just for us I suspect.

Sorry we didn't meet up but the rain was teeming down and the Dales seemed a slightly more attractive proposition in those sort of conditions. I had the misfortune to drive down to the Peaks via Bradford. I will die before I ever go there again.
